Mayor David Miller who likes to see every day the smile
that I wear on my face is working hard for the City and without cutting any city services or ruling out a six per cent property
tax increase this year due to the massive budget shortfall, but the 7.7 billion operating budget seems not enough and detected
that there will be $ 532 Million deficit in this year. The City tries to balance the books and needs more money as usual
that could mean higher property tax, raising users fees and transit fare hike.
